When will I get my email invite?
Current plan is now:
Group 1: UK/DE Society backers – Tuesday 12th – resend email invite.
Group 2: UK/DE Royal backers – Tuesday 12th – send email invite.
Group 3: EU/Europe backers – Friday 15th – send email invite.
Group 4: CA/US backers – Tuesday 19th – send email invite.
Group 5: All other backers – Friday 22nd – send email invite.
Group 6: Other Backers – Monday 25th – send emails to people we have email addresses for but no details on pledge level.
Schedule will be subject to change and despatch times will depend on the capacity of the team to process these on top of the regular work.
Do you have my details?
– If you are a Kickstarter backer then the answer is Yes.
– If you Pledged on Gamefound then the answer is Maybe, but only if you joined the Discord group and submitted an answer to the survey.
– If you have not or have changed your email address then send us information via the https://bguniq.com/projects/contact-us/ page.
Will I have to pay Customs Fees on delivery?
– If you are in the UK the answer is NO.
– If you are in the EU the answer is NO, all of those fees are wrapped up in the shipping charge and you should not have additional fees on arrival.
– If you are outside the UK and EU the answer depends on the situation in your own country.
– If you are in the USA then it is possible you may have to pay both customs fees and additional tariffs as these games were manufactured in China.
Can I get the shipping more cheaply?
If you place an order on https://www.gameslore.com and choose shipping which will cover your parcel then you can select the Ship with GamesLore Order option.
How will you know, that’s a trickier question.
– If you are in the UK and have the Society Edition then any Royal Mail order will work.
– If you are in the UK and have the Royal Edition then you need to have chosen the Parcelforce or DPD option. This would also work for the Society Edition.
– If you are in the EU then the DPD or Parcelforce options will incur no extra charge for either, Royal Mail should work for the Society Edition.
– For the Rest of the World this is all a lot more complex.
How do you tie the CreativeMaker and GamesLore orders together?
The answer is manually – please enter comments on both orders to highlight the need to combine shipping and then we’ll combine them into a single order for you.
What happens if I decide not to complete my pledge?
Once the project has run through, currently anticipating end of December 2025, then any remaining copies will be put on general sale, we have allocated a portion of the costs we have incurred to every copy.
Can I buy an additional copy or copies or upgrade / downgrade from my original pledge?
Unfortunately not at this stage, we don’t know how many backers are on GameFound that we don’t know about therefore no idea of how many copies we’ll have left.
Can I combine this pledge with other Projects or Kickstarter Remnants?
– If they are on General sale then yes, please do.
– If you have backed another Project we are running through this site then the answer is wait for the invite to that project(s), use all the coupons in one go and save on shipping. Other games will not be available until their Project is considered complete.
